Circle costs $89, $199 or $419 a month when billed yearly, with transaction fees of 2% on Professional and 1% on Business and Scale. Every plan includes unlimited members.

Circle states that these prices are based on annual billing; paying month to month costs more. Prices exclude tax.

What each plan adds

  • Professional: unlimited members, courses, live events, a website, payments, gamification, a custom domain and Circle's iOS, Android and desktop apps, plus Circle AI credits.
  • Business: workflows, custom profile fields, Circle APIs, activity scores, branded email notifications and removal of Circle branding.
  • Scale: AI agents and workflows, unlimited workflows, webhooks, custom single sign-on, higher limits and priority support.
  • Circle Plus: custom-branded mobile apps and a dedicated partner, on custom pricing.

An Email Hub add-on is available for $99 a month for 10,000 contacts.

Professional or Business?

The jump from Professional to Business costs $110 a month and halves the transaction fee from 2% to 1%. On fees alone, Business pays for itself at $11,000 a month in member payments. Below that, upgrade only if you need workflows, the API or white-label branding.
